a small one is actually preferred, how is the growth rate of a con when compared to a ebjd? don't want any un needed aggression due to size.

I would say very slow... i got my pair in 2010 and they are kind still the same size lawl
they might have grown a couple of inches

if it won't kill my jack dempsey i might keep him, otherwise i'll keep him in a quarantine till i find a couple females see if i can get a mate for some food =p are you nearby orange?

They don't change sexes unless they receive hormones at a very young age, and then they change sex. This is just a male with female colors, it isn't as rare as you think. Please keep stupid posts off my thread.

+1 stop posting in his thread just to attempt to correct him when he is right =p, good luck finding him a home wish i was a bit closer

Surprise! no it's not, just because it has orange does not make it a girl. 99% Of the time it does, but that's why this male would be a good breeder. Look at the fins, see how elongated and pointy it is? The bottom one used to be like that but it got nipped off, regrown now.

You said good breeder...has he bred before? Any frys from him?
