Columbian Blue Arowana?? $300??

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Yeah where in houston is that so i can take a visit and check their stock out (not going to buy any since they seem to jack people).

The place is called Fish R Us, it's outside of town, off of 45N and 242. It's not far from the Woodlands Mall. It kinda looks like a big blue warehouse from the road. They have fresh and saltwater fish, tanks, supplies, pretty much everything.

Not all their prices are jacked, just the oddballs. I've never seen a better selection of Frontosa or Discus, and the prices on those are very good. If I lived anywhere near there I'd be broke from buying Fronts.

$150.00 is what a black aro that size cost everywhere

No...this is not what they cost everywhere. Socal yes, in my area you'd be lucky to even see a black aro in a LFS let alone get it for $150.

Nit sure why this year old thread has been revieved though:screwy::ROFL:

Actually it still differs what area of socal you're in. All the LFS that carry them around where I live sell Blacks/Blues for $250-$300, but I'm sure if I drive up to Los Angeles and look around Chinatown I'll find one around 150.
