Columbian Blue Arowana?? $300??

I was at a LFS when I was visiting my parents in Houston, and I saw this Arowana. It was labeled "Columbian Blue Arowana..rare find". It was about 8". I didn't think it looked much different from my Silver Arowana, except for some markings on the fins. SO, is this just a Black Arowana that has already lost the black? Is it worth $300? Where is the blue?

Which fish store in Houston? Either someone is going to get ripped off, or they are waiting on a high offer. I got my black arow at 12-13" for $150 in San Antonio.
