Was thinking of doing a medium cichlid tank with a few non-cichlid mixers. Mostly fish 4-8 inches (mostly 4-6 inches). Someone told me combtails are pretty aggresive and can hold there own in a big tank with convicts, firemouths, jewels, kribs and the like. I don't know much about then though anyone have pics and info?

I had two a long time ago and if I come across them again I will grab them.
Very much like CA cichlids in behavour. Can certainly look after themselves.
I had heard a story about a an Oscar jumping into a tank of them and being violently killed. I had a pair I kept with Jack Demseys and a texas Cichlid.
