I would think for feeding purposes putting him in a smaller tank to grow out would be best. I used a 55g tank for my 2 guys, and I picked them up and they were easily 1inch long at the most. They're well over 5-6 now
 
Yeah, the 4th bar will show up sometimes in mono/ocell hybrids. I have some as well (look up recent threads started by me) and will probably be too stubbornly attached to them to every give them up for harder-to-find hybrid pbass.
 
Pleiozona have a forth bar and there are a few of these turning up ! You maybe lucky ;)
 
I guess we will have to wait until he get bigger;) haha thanks for the feedback guys I might end up moving him to a smaller grow out tank

Might be for the best, just until they put a few inches on and can fend for themselves. But regardless, cool fish, and nice pick up!
