My lfs actually get big ones in and seller for like 20-30, but when I turned my big ones in they gave me half of the retail so yeah, people actually have stupidly large fish in small tanks around here so they're happy to buy big plecos that they think will clean and won't get eaten

Lol. My name is Rich and I'm just a kid. Lol. Actually I'm 30 but that's neither here nor there. I'm not really worried about it if they would only take it for free it wouldn't bother me. I'm just wondering where they get the numbers. And also I don't care if I had a billion dollars. if my house is worth a million I want a million not ten thousand.

They had that fish sold within 5 days at $30! My smaller one is still at the petstore. All the workers there even said that sucker was cool and huge!
I bought him pretty much that big. I had him for about a year. Id still have him but my peacocks are starting to breed and so the pleco had to go. He was such a cool fish.
