From my understanding you are better growing a wolf out from 4-5" with larger calm oscars with plenty of room.
A 13" mala will likely be used to living alone if it's been kept alone and will likely not feel comfortable or see the oscars as food ...
It's risky imo purely cause the wolf HaS the teeth to do serious damage and the established oscars will likely already be territorial. If the oscars try to lip lock it it will end badly.
How big are the oscars and how big is the tank... If the oscars are fully grown and the tank is + 180g plus the wolf has lived with tankmates as hinted to above then maybe it will work

Wouldn’t do it. Cichlids are territorial. It will lead to squabbles and possibly death. Can get away with hoplias in large predatory tanks but likely not with 2 oscars.
