I usually am pretty liberal when it comes to overstocking, but I have to agree with the previous posters that the 6 fullgrown angels plus 16 tetras and 10 other cichlids would be too much. regardless of water quality, theres just not all that much space in a 55. I'd go with your angels and tetras, and then a pair or trio of another cichlid, rams or apistos would work.
