Yeah you're pretty full. What kind of pleco do u have? You could add some live pants or something and wait for the fish to grow out a little and it will look more full. Congo Tetras get pretty massive and the others will grow too. What kind of goby is that?

I forget the name of the Pleco but the goby is called Rhinogobius rubromaculatus
