These are not bound to live nor will any other tetras.
 
Could look into galaxy rasboras but those might be a bit small,
hmmm, Australian rainbowfish?
 
Congos are african tetras (characins) and A, rainbowfish are a kind of silverside (melanotaeniidae). I had just reread the thread and saw he was looking for mor color. While I love congos they are not as colorful as rainbows so I thought I would mention them as alternatives.
The congos are beautiful, active fish that are readily available and relatively cheap.
The rainbows are often a bit harder to find in a good selection and are more expensive, they are more colorful but not quite as active.
