Showed the wife their coffee table tank. She freaked a little bit. Thinking might have to go on a diy anniversary gift. Lol. Or breakdown for $300 +shipping.

Yeah I just seen that :O do want. That's sure to amaze anyone. What would you stock it with?

Why not the 240 long. Its only 6" narrower but 24" longer

8ft is too long for my house to get into and also my method of transportation getting it home. 30" wide is better for me, but 36" is too wide to fit again SO 72x30 is perfect for me. Trust me, I would love to get a 8ft x 3ft tank. But right now my fish room is in the basement and 8ft is a no no an so is 36" wide :)

I bought a 20 gallon acrylic tank for my daughters gold fish from glass cages and had it delivered to my house. The tank was as promised without any problems.

I had one of their glass 240 gallons at one point. I was unimpressed and sold it.

The joints were sloppy, the overflows were siliconed on crooked, and it was just overall blah... It was not a show tank.

I wouldn't personally buy from them again. Craftsmanship is just sub par.

Plus, I don't like having tanks that big relying on glass/silicone joints. If I'm buying a new tank that big and dropping that much money, it's going to be acrylic.

And if I'm getting an acrylic tank, it's going to be from someone that uses thicker acrylic and makes higher quality tanks than glass cages does. I'd be looking at midwest custom aquariums or another company like them.

Wow, looking at their prices makes me want a new tank.
