Compatability question

Would africans be compatible with fei fengs/flagtails and generally other medium sized fish? Do they usually eat pellets?

Aside from the fact that african lungs and flagtails come from radically different water chemistries, it's been my experience that, sooner or later, everything winds up on an african lungfish's diet.
