Rough greens are tough snakes to keep alive. If you want a challenge, then that's fine. I would keep no more than one in that cage, and you may need to upgrade; they are slender snakes but may reach over a yard in length. Be sure to keep up humidity. The mesh cage will work if you mist frequently. Care is more or less as for a typical chameleon. House crickets are OK, but they are awfully chitiny compared to the snakes' typical diet (tree crickets, spiders, caterpillars). Roach nymphs might be a better staple. Very small frogs or lizards may also be eaten.

I have a female veiled chameleon. I have never been able to keep very many snakes because my mom doesnt want anything that has to eat rodents. I have had a few garter snakes in the past that lived for about 9 years. I havent built the cage yet, but what would be a good cage size 2 or 3 snakes?
Could I keep any other reptiles or amphibians in the cage with them? I have a female bahama anole and 2 large gray treefrogs. I could make it out of plywood with a few ventalation holes to keep humidity up.
I wouldn't try to keep them together. I'm as big a proponent of mixed-species setups as you'll find here, but snakes are just not good community species. If they can't kill it, they don't want anything to do with it. At the very least, get the snakes, keep them a while, and get a good handle on their temperaments before considering adding other species.
I think you should stick with your mesh cage idea, or at least keep a large portion of the cage mesh; like chameleons, rough greens need very good ventilation as well as high humidity.

Ok, first of you can do a owesame small species planted enclosure that you wouldnt be able to do with larger size species and you can withness a very interesting display of behaviors by thouse anoles so its just a matter of what you want. Im seting up a similar terrarium myself for my green anole group
The combo you originaly sugested its fine but wach out for thouse tree frogs because a very small anole may be on the menu. And no you cant ad vine snakes, the other critters are defenetly on the potencial prey list. BUT in that terrarium you would have a very good chance in acomplishing long term care of thouse snakes, even breeding them, of corse you would have to do a single species terrarium.
