Compatibility test

Hey guys, I've been keeping bichir for a while now, and I've currently got a 55 gallon tank with a 6 inch longfin senegal and a 5 1/2 inch ornate, along with a 6 inch silver arowana. We were looking at potential tankmates, and I've heard fire eels are fun, and a little freshwater ray might be good.

Also, my girlfriend has a 5 inch blac ghost knife. Could we add him to the tank?

Yeah, I'm upgrading to a 150g tank here pretty soon.

True, but as they're only 6 inches each, wouldn't the 150 do alright until they start to get bigger?

Skip the 150g and save up for even bigger tank. Go for a 250g or a 300g with a silver and stingray in there that needs a bigger tank.

I would just be worried about the ray and I wouldnt add the bgk

Rays Get Along fine.. only issue i will worry is competition for food.. the ray will get nothing if u have the ghost knife there.. make sure the aro is well feed.. if nt the ray will get nothing.. my motoros are gonna live with my endli and sliver aro soon.. and do watch the ph.. rays and endli need slightly acidic.. they tent to be more lively..
