I don't think that fish as big as what you are keeping would be fit in its mouth and they do have good growth rates.

I got 9" jar with a 7" pbass, 6" senegal and a 13" albino pleco and they all get along. My jar only picks on my pleco i guess he feels a little intimidated by its size. Either than that everyone else gets along.
