i currently have a 20 gallon with 9 zebra danios and 3 otos

i plan to get a pair of german/blue rams (above fish=dithers)

i was wondering if a small group of corys would be fine in terms of compatibility with the rams

if so shud i get the corys befor the rams so the rams dnt set up a territory befor the corys are introduced and get beat up due to territory disputes

20 reg or 20 long?
if it's a 20L you'd be fine. rams breed and set up territories on the ground usuallt over a flat rock. and since corys are in the mix, you'd have to add the rams second to avoid issues.
if you put a peice of slate or other flat rock on one side the rams should stay there, leaving the far side to the corys.

its a 20 reg(didnt have room for a long nor location of a long or tops...)

i have a piece of slat in already( with fossilized ferns on it) so ill put it on 1 side and i was gonna look for a nice piece of mopani wood( or other), if i put it in the center would that also lessen aggression?

i would put it right next to the slate. to kinda' "fence in" territory.
