He's right about cooling the water here in Florida. Tank water can stay in the mid 70s here throughout most of the year. There aren't too many basements here either (building codes). Like Driftwood said, having a tank close to a window during the winter will help though. I know people that use chillers for saltwater set ups. They seem pretty simple and straight forward. I never knew that this species needed a cool down period. Really good info, Nemesis.
