Compatible Tankmate for Jag and Oscar??

Neets are aggressive but you're going to have two 12-15inch fish. Of which jags are very mean and picky about tank mates.

If something smaller is recommended, then salvini are good too, one of the toughest 'little guys' IME

Girlfriend walked in with two 8" Tiger Oscars today, no idea where she got them from but I digress. The Jag doesn't seem bothered with them at all, quite a shy fish truth be told.
However the Oscar already in there surprisingly the dominant fish in the tank is not too impressed, I've turned the lights off and changed the tank around, much else I can do?
