complete 220 acrylic tank setup

In the 2nd to last pic, is that a drain??
Also what is making the water return to the tank? Powerhead/Pump? What is the GPH?

no drains the right side is the returns. the left side is the overflow. It is a Quiet 1 6000(1500gph i beleive) right now. It used to be a Mag24 but the impeller broke that pump is also included u only need to buy a new impellar.
