Sometimes while in Safe Mode, your older system restore points will re-emerge, so you can safely restore your pc to before the virus got a foothold.

ok will look at that, its still on 18%...so i cancelled, came out, went into safe mode now...look at that
nope...cannot find system restore in safe mode....can on this laptop...its all control panel items-recovery...cant locate on my laptop in safe
Im sure these are wonderful programs, but like mentioned before you do get what you pay for. Alright lets get this going. Lets go ahead and clear your browser up, usually spyware attaches it self as a tool bar, making it hard to delete becuase the program is running. We will start by disabling your add-ons, most browsers it will be under tools and look something like add-ons/ manage addons. If your still using internet explorer you can run I.E with no add-ons using right click. You said everything when crazy when you disabled all your start up items... this is odd, but try again run your virus removal software. This is make deleting things easier. Next we will hard delete virus files, be prepared to to use a registry cleaner to get this back to normal. Try above before we go any farther, after this point if we have a mis-communication we could damage your comp. On a side note, if you don't have any CD's that came with the comp, you can usually buy them very cheap from your manufacturer, and a fraction of the price a new operating system. It would bring your computer to a like-new condition. But we will avoid reformatting your Hard drive for now.
sent a couple of private mails, not sure if they arrived to you, when i look in sent box i couldnt find them......Ive started a scan with malwarebytes' anti malware...looked at the add ons which are already disabled...
Ok,,,removed the stuff.however running major slooooow...running another scan to see what that brings....as too speed im lost, de fragmented earlier,
Last things i did was,
sfc /scannow ....not good news....says..windows rescourse protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.. details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example c:\windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
So iam running malwarebytes anti-malware again......wilst im sleeping lol....been at this since yesteday afternoon, as you can imagine im about to kick laptop to the curb....
