What firewall, antivirus, & spyware program do you use on your computer? And how often do you scan your pc for viruses and spyware? I try to scan for spyware once a week and viruses once a month.

Nortan ant-virus is fine if you want a good ant-virus program. There is a good free spyware program, but I can't remeber the name of it right now. I will figure it out when I get to work however.
