I have automatic lights they turn off and on by them self, i do it with a timer switch from target costs about $8 i would like to somehow rig in moon lights to work with my main lights so when i turn off the main light the moon lights will come on maybe if i rig up some of those light sinsors from a nightlight to power up when its dark in my house huh.......

Not computerized. But I got a an automated lighting scheme for my 190g tank.

The lights use 7 timers.

A red dusk/dawn light
A blue moonlight
3 - 2x55w cp lights
2 - 96w cp lights

Moon and Dusk/Dawn lights together-
