CPU fan will blow pretty soon, I had one on a DIY Halide setup a few years back and it lasted a cpl months at best. Just mount it so it will be easily replaceable.

Just rub your palms all over the front pane of glass, on the inside. The oils from your skin will prevent new condensation from collecting. Repeat as necessary.
Needless to say, the fan's bearings wore down to a squeeky mess in that short time period, unrelated to electricity. I suggest using something a little more quality than a PC fan if that's the route taken.
Thanks everyone have gone with two small 12v cpu fans on a nine volt psu and its working fine for now thanks for all the advice/suggestions . A bit late now but i hope you all have a merry christmas and a Happy new year
