Quite new to keeping ca/sa cichlids just confirming prices. Full grown male gt (gold saum) for sale I offered $25 he responded to me stating that his alpha male is worth $300 and his brother is $100. Is this guy serious?? I thought 25 was reasonable for a VERY common fish....

Lol yeah no way is any green terror worth 100$ none the less 300 ROFL. Try looking into fish farmers in Florida, you should be able to find a decent size fairly cheap... Less than 20$ good luck

LOL. Wow! $300 what a joke. I can find good looking green terrors in lfs easily for $30 or lower. The ones that go for a lot are the big stocky ones with nuchal humps and they go for at most $100. For $300 go get yourself something better.

Get the umbee male off freshwaterpredators! Don't waste the money on a fish you can find so easily.
