Unfortunately all the effected fish died over night. Told her to keep a close eye on remaking fish.

Hello; This might be a good time to suggest a QT to your friend. Bad enough to lose new fish but to infect an established tank is worse. I learned that lesson years ago and always QT new fish.
Might also suggest the friend wait a few weeks before getting any new fish. That tank may have to be decontaminated.
