heres what i would do, single umbee, or get 8 small, (like 1") WC festae from a good vendor i.e. rapps, fishfarm, don conkel etc. and grow em out, when you get them all to maturity, take the nicest pair and leave them there and sell the other 6, and you will make money back.

yes I believe Rapps ships to canada...don't know about the others.

personally I think what he already has planned will fill the tank so I wouldn't add any other cichlids. besides, cuban isn't exactly a "mid-sized" cichild...they can grow to 12"
