This is weird i dont know if this is normal but my oscar is mostly lying on its back most of the time i am just wondering if this is normal or not please tell me??

Can't tell you anything since you provided no info.

An oscar on it's back is not normal.

Now, what are your tank parameters? (water tests, temp, feeding regimen, water change regimen, tankmates, tank size, etc., etc.).

The more info you provide (and pics), the more valid and useful will be the responses.

off topic, but like to thank you for the advise on bloat. my yellow lab didn't make it though but not because of the bloat but because he jumped out of the hospital tank.
