DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THESE LURES COULD BE? PICKED UP AT A YARD SALE. PROTOTYPES MAYBE. THEY ARE ALL WOOD PAINTED THE SAME.

Hello; No idea about what they are. maybe hand made?? At any rate the lures did their first required job which is to "catch" a fisherman.
 
In the uk we call these plugs. They are predominantly used for pike and zander and to a lesser degree, perch. These must be quite old as nowadays they are made of plastic. The vane (the slanty bit) on the front pointing downwards is to help the lure dive as you retrieve it. The vanes are fixed on your wooden lures so will only go to a certain depth. Modern plastic ones have an adjustable vane so you can troll all depths of the lake to find what depth your quarry are at. The double treble hook combo is common on these types of lures though barbless treble hooks are preferred on modern plugs, yours are barbed, again showing thst they are quite old.
 
Thats true but wood does have a great feel and is still is produced in small numbers by some companies and usually fetches a fair dollar in comparison.
