These look like the ones Wes of Rare Fish brought in called Kayo aka Lac Kayo or something. Hao should have got that congicus,its so nice!

Theres wideband congicus which i think that kayo has and reg band(thin one) and regional congicus(Toyin's type and Kayo) and theres like different base color-yellow/blonde(pale),orange

it seems this one came from Toyin, and not the 'kayo' ones from Wes. Really though, toyin's type or kayo, they're pretty much the same That's why toyin doesn't bother with the region. And they all have the occasional wide bands. Just individual variation that's natural within a species. Even something as plain as senegals don't all have the same base color.
