Congicus is not an endlicheri from the congo, it's a separate species of it's own and yes both Congicus & endlicheri could come from the congo.

I'm sure i read it somewhere that the range stretched down that far but I may be mistaken. I know most are from more northern localities and a quick google search would make me think I might be wrong...
