I just finished watching this show on the National Geographic Channel and it's a very insightful view of the Congo River. Certain places in the Congo has depths of over 700 Feet :WHOA:.. WOW... They also fished out two GATF's from two different parts of the river to see if the DNA matches. They believe that the Congo is constantly evolving new species of fish that in the future we may see not just Goliath African Tiger, but SUPER Goliaths

If you have Time Warner go to the On Demand Section and National Geographic has it available to view.

If you have "On Demand" you can play it at anytime?

They caught this blind albino Cichlid that would always be dead when caught. They discovered that it was because of the pressure from being reeled from the deep. So they measured a certain area of the river by sonar and discovered it to be over 700 Feet deep....it was a very interesting show.

yeah sounds cool.

I watched this yesterday on demand VERY good. I thought it was much better then monsters of the amazon.
