CONGO MONSTER FISH on NatGeo Ch

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I will have to check rogers because they have National on demand...

I'm gonna go check charter on demand right now, good lookin' out Joey!

Damned good program, this is even better than the one where the guy is in Asia looking for giant catfish and Mekong stingray.Seeing the tigerfish at their full size and in action really hits home that none of us can properly keep them and do them any justice with even our biggest made up tanks.

I just finished watching this show on the National Geographic Channel and it's a very insightful view of the Congo River. Certain places in the Congo has depths of over 700 Feet :WHOA:.. WOW... They also fished out two GATF's from two different parts of the river to see if the DNA matches. They believe that the Congo is constantly evolving new species of fish that in the future we may see not just Goliath African Tiger, but SUPER Goliaths

If you have Time Warner go to the On Demand Section and National Geographic has it available to view.

Goliath African Tiger, but SUPER Goliaths :drool::drool:

Awesome show. Worth watching.

The thing is that I didnt mean my remarks to be a critique of any members who do keep them,I have kept them before and will again in the future but we mostly see our monster fish in still photos and to see them in action on film,it blows me away how magnificent they are.

good show loved the electric catfish bit.

Great show but only 45 minutes of coverage is way too short. They didn't go in depth enough on some of the subjects I was interested in. I wish they would have made it a series of programs. The Congo is a fanscinating river.

hold on how to i get it...so i go to on demand then do what?
