No. Congos are extremily aggresive and will kill all tankmates

any idea if this species has been breed in captivity?

Yes, most of the lurkers are easily bred. The problem is raising hundreds of babies who would most likely want to eat each other. That's a lot of separate rearing tanks!

Really? Thats tough. I thought that miurus has never been bred because the are almost impossible to sex

Lurkers are impossible to sex. Doesn't mean they don't "do it". Gotta keep them in separate tanks next to each other & observe...
