And agree with Rocksor, Congo Tetras are omnivores, so any pellet (like AlgaeMax) is a good choice.
And because I start a lot of tropical plants (terrestrials) in buckets with a few inches of water, they tend to get mosquito larvae every couple days, so I dump that water (with the larvae) in the tank to feed the fish, and avoid getting mosquito bites to boot.
