He's been here only 4 years and got the high school V. Congratulations Duc! You make your parents proud. Keep working hard and you will go far. The next bar for you is summa cum laude, you can do it

Duc, if you're pondering about CS major like most students/parents do in the past decade after the tech boom, it's a good time to get in this major again after a shortage of enrollment for many years. I'm interviewing a new CS grad this afternoon for a matter of fact.

I know your nice intention. But that's not helping him though. I was in the same boat sharing a similar story as his. To learn more, I specifically asked my friends and peer tutors (in college) to frankly correct my pronunciation/incorrect-use-of-words/etc when they saw any and I thanked them for that. I'm sure he'd appreciate your feedback on his English.
