As stated below this post, it is happening and has got to be the way forward.

In this case and many other fish could be included, there is a desire(hobby), need(food) for these fish. On the hobby front this fish is a bad example due to the seldom few who can actually house one properly but it's not going to put people off trying so there will always be some demand.

Commercial breeding, will work if done correctly, the new test mentioned below is a huge step forward. All that matters then is to get the ratio of release, food, and export right
