Well, if you're feeling up to a challenge, a 300-400 gal. Trout/Salmon tank would be one interesting suggestion.

I think the funnest part of the native is you can get your bass or whatever as a tiny fingerling that does not really look like anything but a minnow and watch it grow. i got all of mine like that about a year and a half ago and the bass is almost a foot long already. They grow fast! And if you find the right spot, you can stock your tank in one throw of a cast net!
