Constipated?

I'm posting this for a friend so picture provided is all I have. I believe it's a sleeper goby. I have zero experience with these fish. Could anyone chime in on what's going on with the swollen anus?

Not sure but I know Epsom salt works really well to clean them out

that looks like prolapsed rectum it usually go back on its own but try to dose the tank with Epsom salt 10gal per 1tbs can be double dose 10gal per 2tbs.

You can do that too but it might stress him out more. Bath him for 15 to 20 mins then back to main tank.

Possibly an egg bound female or prolapsed rectum. Either way I would treat with Epsom salt.

Look very closly at this fish. The picture isn't very clear but it could be Camallanus.
