Good Luck Dat. If you paid with paypal, then call Paypal. Do not e-mail them, personally call them. If you pay through paypal and do not recieve your order, paypal will take the money out of his bank account and give it back weather he says so or not. That is part of the paypal agreement when you sign up. You should not have to wait for his refund from his exporter to get your money. Just my 2 cents.

first of all this local guy is a friend of my brother and I and when we told him we were looking for rays he said he knew a guy(Brad) and asked Brad if he could fullfill our order of 12 rays (8f and 4m) and Brad said no problem.
our first attempt at shipping Brad fed the rays the night before and our friend said no way on shipping them as anybody knows you don't feed any fish the night before shipping. strike 1. then the following week he only gives our friend 8 rays and not the 12. strike 2 .Brad said he would guarantee on doa's because we were shipping overnight. when we received the rays the next morning we had 3 doa's and he shipped us 2f and 6m. he can't even tell the diffrence between m and f of he just doesn't give a ****! we called him and he said he would replace the doa's!so my brother and I figured we would give him another chance and order 5 more rays and believing that he would replace the 3 doa's so for another 8 rays total. week after week he gave diffrent excuses why couldn't meet our friend to give him the rays so he could ship them to us. he even stood up our friend at their airport after agreeing to meet him their on the phone. that day he wouldn't answer his cell phone saying he lost it but how the hell did he know our friend left a message on it! he was even telling my brother week after week that he had 3 large f motoros that he was holding for us but all of a sudden he told me that he was done with this deal and hope I understand. I told him I understood that he didn't want to ship us anymore rays but atleast be a man and stand up to your words about guarantee's on doa's and give us a refund but he never responded to any of my pm's
this started 4 months ago and is still unsettled. and also the motoros he sent were all skinny as hell with the pelvic bones showing. he is also trying to sue my friend Chad(xxblwn408) for some rays that Chad never received WTF Brad Chad didn't even get the rays! he did the same thing to Chad giving excuses for over 2 months! he didn't even have the rays when Chad paid him. he uses ppl money to order the rays! if I had known this my brother and I would have never ordered anything from him! rottbo I can understand if mistakes are made everybodys human but letting someting go unsettled for 4 months is not a mistake. mods why do you guys keep letting him screw ppl here?
I don't know the story, nor do I want to. I have been screwed over, too, by a vendor on here, but the best way to resolve this is through PM, or potentially through a moderator, not on here. Hope this helps.

OKay people.. First off. Talk to chad. He got rays from me. When i was getting them from Frank. Thats why there was a wait. And I sent his rays right away. There was a shipping hold up. And DHL found out there was fish in the boxes. SO CHAD TOLD DHL TO SEND THEM BACK TO ME> I have a paper from DHL saying this. SO its no BS. Chad was going to get in trouble. SO HE had them sent back to me. Then 5days later i get 2 DEAD leos. And chad get his money back. THATS the truth. And more lies Toby said 1 DOA. and two more were dead the next day?? I love how poeple feed on these threads. funny. does it really matter? no cause im done selling on line. And I will pay Dat back. Everyone will see.
