sorry just because you cant find any fresh water rays doesn't give you the right to kill some salt water rays just because you cant find fresh water rays

they only humain way to do it would be to slowly to take out the salinity generation by generation. Meaning after a couple of thousand of years it would be possible to convert them (with out stressing them out).
