Converting Yellow Headed Moray To Freshwater

there is a yellow headed moray where i work and have wanted one forever! but only have freshwater at this time i've recently found out that they can go freshwater, or close to it. my question is how long should i take to step down the salinity? i would also love to hear about anyone's personal experiences with yellow heads in freshwater.

we only have the one yellow headed. but we also have a chainlink. this thursday or friday we're gettin a huge salt order in, i will check to see if we could tack one on and whether or not we could ship. i really doubt my boss will want to ship, but maybe.
