So in a previous thread I talked about how my cichlids werent doing good and I "thought" they had both died two-three days ago. I went outside and put the tank on the side of the house no filter no heater no nothing. Today I went back outside to dispose of the fish properly but when I looked in the tank one of the convicts was swimming around! I could have sworn they were both dead, both were laying on their sides and their gills werent moving when i swooshed the water around they both just went with it like a dead fish would. I was amazed! but my question is how could it do this? It didnt have a heater and it gets to be around 55-60 degrees outside at night and there was no filter as well.

Hmm man. Wow that's crazy. I bet they are worth a lot if you market them as undead. You should right out an awesome description about the wicked process of killing them with a fire breathing dragon then reviving them with unicorn blood!

haha ill sell it as "vampire cichlid" for $60. i wonder if the fish store would actually buy it =o

and it wont eat o.o but it keeps biting the loach in the tank. all the more reason why i believe its a vampire

just waiting to see it grow little fangs lol

ive had convicts front like it was dead no gill movement and what not. but that was because of the water temp. like i guess it was too cold out when i brought it inside it started breathing then full health later that night...

but mine was swimming around happily at 55-60 degrees but it seemed dead at 80 degree water
