Err, if you could i would recommend a smaller gravel vacuum. To limit the time they spend in the tubing. Then siphon them into a 5g bucket and introduce them into their grow out tank.

ok well i have three options. Should i move them to a small breeder box in the tanks, a 2.5G tanks or to a 30G???

Overstocked, Convict's are very aggressive fish when it come to defending their fry. They will try to fight every single fish in your tank, only if they come to close. Also how big are your CON's??

See if you can get a smaller siphon then siphon them into a 5g bucket then pour the 5g into your 30g grow out.

oh ok. so i have my babies in a 30g with a AC70. How often should i do water changes and is it ok to put a bottom feeder in such as a cory?
