I think they are convicts. Possible the manager does not know which is becoming more and more common in the hobby.

Looks like cons. But the "male" is a female if they are cons. At least it looks that way. Hard to tell from the pics.

Ive seen similar fish sold as blue convicts once.

Look like Convicts to me but the male could be a HRP Convict cross ive seen a few that look similar to yours.
