My very first thread.
Hi members. My simple setup.
-40g long plexi.,
-no substrate, black background,
-Powerhead circulates water. I have'nt had time purchase a filter.
-10-25% water chages every 3-5 days,
-Hikari Gold,
-78-82 degrees,
-Male is 3.5in, Female is 3in,
-Laid eggs on front-right corner of tank 4 days ago, I expect eggs to hatch tomorrow

I had this tank laying around for the past few months and just recently decided to use it. I wanted something simple for the tank, but was fun and not a goldfish. I found this beautiful male at one store, and knew right away he needed a mate. To lower the possibility of inbreeding, I went to other stores in the area and found this plump, brightly colored female. 4 days later, they started breeding. My setup is at its simplest form.
