still waiting for my cons to hatch their second brood the first one dont know what happened I only seen one little guy but I think my loaches might have got to them
 
heh thankss i left my first batch in with the parents for a little ot long i guess t hen when i took them out, 5 mins later i noticed the female laying eggs again and i was like oh man they really do breed alot hah

Nice pix...Here's the West Coast counterpart...He's going through a lot....He's had 2 spawns in one month, was left alone with young Natts, and now is assisting on cycling a 180...

does anyone also know about 2 differnt batches breeding together without any problems? my friends want convs for feeder purposes and i said id give them a male and a female i f it could work or id just give tem a female and they go buy a male

yea it can happen......my breeding pair came from different batches and they breed fine.........the easiest way to get a breeding pair is make the female to male ratio 2:1 ......better chances of finding a mate........good luck and nice cons!!!
