Get a female like I said they are the ones with the bright red on the belly. Males can have red too but the difference is easily noticed the females is much more

I know I have heard of it before however I do not remember the out come? Good luck with it and show us when the time comes if you get fry

Thats a female, it has layed eggs four times, the eggs were hatched once and then they were eaten by the parents.
than just not a good example not the best genes in that one. Most female Salvini are much better looking than the males and have red. Still does not matter much for what you are wanting to do. The Con's genes marking wise are more dominant and will show up much more in the fry.
that fish in the 3 pic is that asal con mix i got pink con f anr 2 sal growing out hope one is a male.
