The title is for any gamers out there.
and i know what everyone is thinking "OH NO!!! NOT another CONVICT thread...."
Just wanted to share my story real quick. I recently got 2 cons (M&F) when i was home over xmas. well i came back to college and brought my tank back. As i was dismantling everything the cons just stayed by their glass jar as usual. well when i picked up the jar they both latched onto my hand and just tried to tear it to shreds, which i thought was quite funny since they are about 1.5". I then noticed the ~100 or so fry that they had been protecting. i felt pretty bad so i scooped as many into a jar as i could and brought them too. When i had the tank set up again the mother was protecting a different area from where i had put the fry so i figured they were all dead
so i wanted to move the new pot to wherre i could see it better for the next spawn. well once again she started attacking, and i just figured it was protecting the potential nesting site. Well to my suprise 1 little fry swam out. and once again i felt bad. so i figured that 1 lil con had survived. well was i wrong about half way through typing this i look over and see about 18 fry that she keeps picking up and spittin back behind the pot lol. so i guess i will have a few lil cons anyway!
This is my first batch of anything! man these cons are hearty!
Since she is being such a good mother could i leave them in?
