yes but like i have said time and time again..just because you CAN do something and they will breed in it does not mean you should.

If you want healthy fish, who make healthy feeders the 20L is best with the spare 10g for the other female.

healthy happy fish = healthy food. ....why do so few people get this?

Very good point. Really a 29 or 40 breeder would be perfect for that. Plus no need to have more then one tank.

I wanted a 40 breeder on the first place but the local petco didn't have any. I think I'll make do with the ten and twenty to save some space.

20L is fine. They are pairing fish, so the 3rd wheel will get pounded when the pair spawns.

Not sure what you're trying to feed but do you have a larger tank than 20L (or another tank) for growing out fry? It will be slow going with a 3 adults + fry in a 20L...
