I asked a guy i know at an LFS about this growth and he knew what it was and showed me a description of it with pictures in a book to confirm it.
This growth is caused by lack of iodine in the fish´s diet.
It should be possible to cure it by adding iodine-rich foods like krill and add salt..
It was not being fed 'correctly' where it was so i have put it in my 200G and will see how this goes with a better diet
